Economic Development

Saunders County Economic Development works to strengthen the local economy, support business success, and create opportunities for sustainable growth throughout Saunders County. By working alongside local businesses, community leaders, municipalities, regional partners, and educational institutions, we help build a strong economic foundation for current and future generations.

Our work focuses on business retention and expansion, workforce development, housing and community growth, agricultural innovation, entrepreneurship, and attracting new investment to the county. We connect businesses and communities with resources, partnerships, and opportunities that support their goals and help address local challenges.

Through collaboration, strategic planning, and a commitment to our communities, Saunders County Economic Development strives to create an environment where businesses can thrive, residents can build their futures, and communities can grow while preserving the qualities that make Saunders County a great place to live, work, and do business.
